Training children in God's ways as they learn, explore, and make new friends!
 CCP admits students on a first come, first serve basis due to limited space.  Enrollment for the 2008-2009 school year will begin on February 25, 2008.  A completed Admission Packet must include all of the following items to ensure your child's placement in our preschool:
  • Registration Fee:  The Registration & Supply Fee is due at the time the application is submitted and is non-refundable.
  • Class Preference:Your preferences should be clearly marked on page 1. CCP reserves the right to adjust class selection based upon class size and availability.
  • Emergency Medical & Child Pick-Up Authorization (page 2).
  • Health Records: Students entering our school must submit acurrent Health Requirements form (page 4), a Texas Department of State Health Services Immunization Registry (ImmTrac) Consent Form, and an updated immunization record. No student will be allowed to enter school without the proper health records on file.

You may download the forms needed to apply for the 2008-2009 school year.  Click on the Downloads tab above, choose the appropriate link, then print the document.  Complete the forms in their entirety as described above.  When you have all the required information completed, you may mail your enrollment packet to our post office box or drop it off at our office.  Please call if you have any questions.
